Our SBTi consultants start with a full Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas assessment to map your footprint and model SBTi‑aligned reduction scenarios, then track progress over time. Scope 1 covers direct emissions from owned or controlled sources like onsite fuel and company vehicles. Scope 2 covers indirect emissions from purchased energy such as electricity, steam, heating, and cooling. Scope 3 covers all other indirect value‑chain emissions upstream and downstream like suppliers, transport, business travel, product use, and waste.
Next we work with decision‑makers and stakeholders to set ambitious, achievable reduction goals across near‑term (5–10 years) and long‑term (net‑zero 2050) horizons. We manage the submission and guide you through SBTi validation.
Once approved, we embed targets into operations, capital planning, and procurement. You get clear milestones, data‑driven progress reviews, and transparent annual reporting aligned with SBTi and compatible with frameworks like CDP and EcoVadis.
