How do city councils reduce the amount of commercial waste going to landfill from the business sector?
Design, implement and report on a program of work to reduce waste to landfill, increase recycling, and educate the business community
Our solution involved getting familiar with each business we engaged with. Face-to-face contact was required to conduct bespoke waste audits. We were then able to provide specific recommendations on how to improve recycling rate and reduce waste to landfill.
Fellow B Corp, Vanilla Sugar were already a sustainable organisation, and they wanted to include carbon emissions reduction in their operations.
We designed and continue to implement a multi-year program to reduce waste in the early education sector for the NSW Government.
